[摘要]目的：观察牙周炎松动前牙用Super-Bond C&B粘结剂固定治疗后6个月的临床效果。方法：牙周基础治疗后的16例牙周炎患者共计18颗Ⅱ～Ⅲ°松动前牙，采用Super-Bond C&B粘结剂在牙齿邻面将松动牙直接粘结固定，治疗后6个月时对粘结固定治疗效果进行评价。观察粘结有无松脱，患牙动度、探诊深度、附着丧失等的变化。结果：18颗牙在6个月内有1例治疗失败，1例松脱，已行再固定。治疗后6个月患牙的探诊深度、附着丧失较固定前有所改善(均值分别减少0.81mm、0.42mm，P<0.05)；咀嚼功能明显改善，患者自觉舒适无异物感。结论：采用Super-Bond C&B粘结剂直接粘结法固定牙周炎所致松动前牙，具有美观、舒适的特点，粘结效果稳定，牙周状况改善，有助于改善牙齿的咀嚼功能。

Clinical evaluation of direct bonding mobile periodental anterior teeth with Super-Bond C&B adhesive system

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the effect of direct bonding mobile anterior teeth with the Super-bond C&B adhesive system on improving esthetics and function in 6 month. Methods 18 periodontal compromised anterior teeth of 16 patients after initial periodontal therapy were included.The mobile teeth were splinted by directly bonding with the Super-bond C&B adhesive system at proximal surfaces of the teeth.Tooth mobility(TM),probing depth (PD),attachment loss(AL) on radiograph were assessed prior to splinting and 6 months after splinting. Results Sixteen out of eighteen teeth were kept stable after splinting for 6 months.No bending material was seen on labial and lingual surfaces of the teeth.Bonding materials on proximal surfaces appeared transparent and showed better esthetic.In 6 months after splinting.1 case was treated failure.1 case was loosed when the teeth bit hard food and were reinforced immediately.PD and AL in 6 months after splinting decreased 0.81mm and 0.42mm than those observed at baseline(P<0.05).Self-estimation of chewing function improved at 6 months splinting.Patients were satisfied with esthetic and felt comfortable with the splints. Conclusion Splinting by direct bending with Super-bond C&B adhesive system was satisfactory in bending the mobile anterior teeth and had better rehabilitation of masticatory ability and good esthetics.
