综上所述，参附注射液联合常规西药治疗AHF具有较好的疗效，可提高患者临床有效率，且安全性较好。但纳入研究的部分结局指标异质性较大，敏感性分析结果不稳定，且存在发表偏倚，上述结论尚待更多高质量研究予以验证。
