【摘要】 目的 评价经尿道等离子体前列腺剜除术治疗良性前列腺增生(BPH)的临床效果。方法 经尿道等离子体双极电切镜，行前列腺条状剜除术50例。结果 本组50例均获得成功,手术时间30~120 min，平均80 d，获得前列腺组织25~60 g，平均50 g，术后留置导尿管时间1~5 d,平均3 d，无术中术后输血病例,组织病理学诊断为BPH。术后IPSS症状评分平均减少24分,生活质量评分平均减少4分;最大尿流率(Qmax)平均上升8 ml/s，残余尿量平均减少120 ml。结论 经尿道等离子体前列腺剜除术切除前列腺组织更彻底,出血少,安全性高。留置导尿管时间短,临床症状改善明显。

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of the Plasma Kinetic enucleation of the prostate(PKEP) in treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).Methods All of 50 cases of BPH were treated by transurethral enucleation prostate using Plasma Kinetic.Results The operations were all successful in 50 cases.The mean weight of the prostate was 50 grams.The operative time was 80 mins.The catheterization time was 3 days and the mean postoperative hospital stay was 5 days.No blood transfusion was performed in all cases.Histopathological analysis confirmed the diagnosis of BPH in all cases.IPSS mean decrease 24 and the peak urinary flow rate(Qmax) mean went up 8 ml/s and the residual volume of urine dropped to 120 ml.Conclusion PKEP is effective in treating BPH.It can completely enucleate the hyperplastic tissue with little bleeding in operation.The treatment has the advantages of short catherter time and significant clinical improvements. ......
