【摘要】 胃癌是全球范围内癌症相关死亡的最常见原因之一。晚期胃癌患者进行化疗， 能够缓解症状并获得生存益处。虽然目前尚无标准一线化疗方案推荐， 但近年来一些新药的应用， 为晚期胃癌的临床研究提供了新途径。本文就晚期胃癌一线化疗的治疗进展作一综述。
