【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of open reduction implantation combined with steel plate internal fixation in the treatment of calcaneal comminuted fracture. Methods Combination treatment by open reduction implantation and steel plate internal fixation was applied for 63 patients with calcaneal comminuted fracture. Comparisons were made on the recovery effect between those patients and other patients with different types of calcaneal comminuted fracture.
