【摘要】 目的 探讨分析超广谱β-内酰胺酶细菌感染的相关防治措施以及临床效果。方法 总结分析60例β-内酰胺酶细菌感染患者的具体流行情况以及控制情况。结果 60例患者经治疗后， 显效30例(50.0%)， 有效25例(41.7%)， 无效5例(8.3%)， 总有效率为91.7%。结论 应尽可能防止同β-内酰胺酶感染或者定植相关的危险因素， 如果出现β-内酰胺酶感染， 应该及时有效的采取头霉素类以及碳青霉烯类药物对感染进行控制。
