【摘要】 目的 探讨降钙素原在小儿急性阑尾炎诊治中的作用。方法 36例小儿急性阑尾炎患儿作为实验组， 以同期收治的36例非感染性疾病患儿为对照组。对比两组患儿降钙素原水平和降钙素原阳性率。结果 实验组降钙素原水平高于对照组(P<0.05)；实验组降钙素原阳性率为77.8%， 高于对照组的8.3%， 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 降钙素原在小儿急性阑尾炎诊治中有着较好的应用效果， 值得进行深入研究和推广。
