美沙拉嗪与柳氮磺吡啶治疗溃疡性结肠炎的效果对比研究(1)

[摘要] 目的 探讨美沙拉嗪与柳氮磺吡啶治疗溃疡性结肠炎的效果。 方法 将117例溃疡性结肠炎患者分为两组，治疗组59例患者给予美沙拉嗪治疗，对照组58例患者给予柳氮磺吡啶治疗，比较两组的临床疗效。 结果 与对照组比较，治疗组总有效率较高，其治疗后组织学积分较低，两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 美沙拉嗪与柳氮磺吡啶均可治疗溃疡性结肠炎，但美沙拉嗪的总有效率高，治疗后组织学积分较低。
