激素性骨质疏松患者的健康教育护理与应用效果(1)

     [摘要]目的 探讨激素性骨质疏松患者的健康教育护理及其应用效果。方法 选取2015年1月~2016年6月我科收治的70例激素性骨质疏松患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各35例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组采用系统的健康教育护理,比较两组患者的健康教育达标率、住院时间、治疗依从性、护理满意度及护理前后健康信念和自我效能感。结果 观察组患者的健康教育达标率、治疗依从性及护理满意度均高于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者健康信念和自我效能感评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后观察组患者健康信念和自我效能感评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 对激素性骨质疏松患者实施针对性的健康教育护理,患者的治疗依从性明显提高,有效减少了住院时间,提高护理满意度,有着显著的应用效果。

    [Abstract]Objective To explore the nursing and application effect of health education in patients with glucocorticoid-induced osteoporosis.Methods 70 patients with glucocorticoid-induced osteoporosis in our department from January 2015 to June 2016 were selected and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given systematic health education nursing.The rate of healthy education achieved,treatment compliance,nursing satisfaction,hospitalization time and the levels of health belief and self-efficacy before and after nursing were compared between two groups.Results The rate of healthy education achieved,treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the hospitalization time was shorter than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Before nursing,there were no significant differences on the scores of health belief and self-efficacy between two groups (P>0.05);after nursing,the scores of health belief and self-efficacy in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.01).Conclusion The implementation of targeted health education and nursing care for patients with steroid induced osteoporosis,the treatment compliance of patients significantly improved,effectively reduce the length of hospital stays,improve nursing satisfaction,which has a significant effect.

    骨质疏松(osteoporosis,OP)是一种系统性慢性骨病,其主要特征表现为骨组织微机构破坏、脆性增加、易于骨折等[1]。该种疾病的发生存在着多种因素,其中由于服用激素性药物而导致的病例也并不少见。经研究发现,长期服用激素药物可引起多种不良反应[2],导致患者髋部、肋骨及椎体等多部位骨折及骨质疏松的产生,并能对患者的生活质量造成严重的影响[3-4]。在患者接受治疗的同时给予全面的健康教育和科学的护理干预,对延缓骨质疏松的发展、改善患者预后有着积极的临床意义[5]。本研究基于激素性骨质疏松的健康教育护理,对其相关护理措施和临床效果进行分析和探讨,旨在为提高临床护理质量提供参考,现报道如下。, http://www.100md.com(程道香)
